In Denver, DOTI requires a permit for any container in the right-of-way, Thornton wants a traffic control permit, Broomfield a container permit if it stays more than 24 hours, and Bennett bans dumpsters from its streets outright. A driveway or private lot avoids all of that, so if you need it today, plan for the driveway.
